In the 12th minute there was a penalty for Jojoca. Rubinho Teixeira stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Cláudio Amaral. 0-1. Raphael Perez hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. After having played for 24 minutes, Oscar Amorim managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jojoca's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oscar Amorim was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Guilherme Brasil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Cláudio Amaral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Guilherme Brasil in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cláudio Amaral saved Tambau from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zé Roberto Vale in the 39th minute of play forced Tambau's goalkeeper Cláudio Amaral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oscar Amorim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Guilherme Brasil's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cláudio Amaral read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. Belmiro Paiva charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Belmiro Paiva the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Belmiro Paiva kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Guilherme Brasil made a kick off. Benjamim Machado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Pedro Luís Peres's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zézinho Dracena was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. Tambau's Belmiro Paiva got his second yellow card of the match in the 57th minute. The referee ordered Belmiro Paiva off the ground. After 76 played minutes Jojoca got a freekick which was hit by Benjamim Machado. Tambau's Cláudio Amaral proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Tambau from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Tambau's zone, Guilherme Brasil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cláudio Amaral came out of the goal and Guilherme Brasil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cláudio Amaral was a little too slow when Zé Roberto Vale got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 81st minute. The score was now 0-4. In the 85th minute Ramón Toscano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zézinho Dracena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 88 minutes into the game, Décio de Sena recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cláudio Amaral. Décio de Sena showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. After 92 minutes, Ramón Toscano made it 1-5 with a short kick to the right side. Jojoca's Zézinho Dracena tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the final whistle sounded Jojoca left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Tambau.
