Zenon Czerwinski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Narciso Toscano, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. When Marcel do Vale fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored asdasd's protests and gave Marcel do Vale a yellow card for diving instead. Marcel do Vale kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Carlos Alberto de Lara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tolis Kelpekis scored 0-2 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luís Gustavo da Fonseca, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Cobertor de Mendigo FC's Zenon Czerwinski got control of the ball when Carlos Alberto de Lara tried to sneak it across the goal line. Breno Pitta made a great header on asdasd's corner, it was just that Cobertor de Mendigo FC's Zenon Czerwinski managed to reach the ball for a save. 32 minutes into the match, Cobertor de Mendigo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Narciso Toscano came free, but Zenon Czerwinski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcinho Penha helped the player get up and apologised. In the 35th minute, one of Cobertor de Mendigo FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Cobertor de Mendigo FC. Cobertor de Mendigo FC:s Zenon Czerwinski showed great skill when he stopped Breno Pitta:s penalty. The supporters of asdasd booed when Cobertor de Mendigo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hélder Pontes didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 40 played minutes Cobertor de Mendigo FC got a freekick which was hit by Willian de Toledo. After recieving a nice pass, asdasd's Breno Pitta tried to score from far away in the 41st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Custódio Alves's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zenon Czerwinski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. The supporters of asdasd booed when Cobertor de Mendigo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcus Toscano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zenon Czerwinski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Alberto de Lara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tolis Kelpekis was the one to do the kick off. Zenon Czerwinski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcel do Vale, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 53rd match minute, Cobertor de Mendigo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Willian de Toledo to maneuver through the defense. Tolis Kelpekis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Gustavo da Fonseca having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Cobertor de Mendigo FC's zone, Marcel do Vale stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zenon Czerwinski came out of the goal and Marcel do Vale tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 66 played minutes Cobertor de Mendigo FC got a freekick which was hit by Marcus Toscano. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Carlos Alberto de Lara managed to get in a good position for a shot. asdasd's supporters rose to their feet, but Carlos Alberto de Lara was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zenon Czerwinski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 71st minute, Tolis Kelpekis fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Luís Gustavo da Fonseca, passed just outside the right post. After 74 played minutes asdasd got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Chaves. Tolis Kelpekis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Gustavo da Fonseca having to interfere. After a rather tough play, asdasd's Custódio Alves got a free kick in the 77th minute. Hélder Pontes hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Zenon Czerwinski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carlos Alberto de Lara went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Tolis Kelpekis was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 86th minute. Cobertor de Mendigo FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Cobertor de Mendigo FC's Tolis Kelpekis got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Cobertor de Mendigo FC defense, Carlos Alberto de Lara kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zenon Czerwinski. The Cobertor de Mendigo FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zenon Czerwinski should have stopped the shot. Hélder Pontes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Luís Gustavo da Fonseca having to make a save. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
