Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Carlos Augusto de Amorim made the kick off which started today's match. After 3 minutes, Carlos Augusto de Amorim mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Master SC Futebol Clube and the Guayaramerim players grew even worse after the yellow card. Carlos Augusto de Amorim kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Jorge Massa made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Zézinho Correia sent off a good shot on target. Master SC Futebol Clube's Carlos Augusto de Amorim got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pedro Luís das Neves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Augusto de Amorim in the 11th minute of the match. In the 15th minute Carlos Augusto de Amorim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Luís das Neves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iulian Macovei in the 20th minute of play forced Guayaramerim's goalkeeper Pedro Luís das Neves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eriberto de Medeiros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 25 minutes of play, Master SC Futebol Clube's Carlos Augusto de Amorim made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Luís das Neves was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Sidnei Saraiva in the 28th minute of play forced Master SC Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Jorge Massa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 31 minutes into the game, Zézinho Correia recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jorge Massa. Zézinho Correia showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Guayaramerim's Pedro Luís das Neves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iulian Macovei in the 40th minute of play. Carlos Augusto de Amorim might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pedro Luís das Neves. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Carlos Augusto de Amorim ran back to his position shaking his head. During the 45th minute of the match Carlos Augusto de Amorim completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Carlos Augusto de Amorim a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sidnei Saraiva stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Yuri Lago lost his temper 55 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 56th minute, Yuri Lago hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 57th minute, João Augusto Souto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 59 minutes into the match, Master SC Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Zézinho Correia came free, but Jorge Massa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pedro Luís das Neves made an important save on a dangerous shot by Iulian Macovei in the 61st minute. Bogdan Patrylo came free in the 70th minute and tried to tip the ball over Pedro Luís das Neves, but to the joy of Guayaramerim's supporters the ball went over. Afonso Teles scored 1-3 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedro Luís das Neves, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Iulian Macovei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 75th minute, Cristóvão Dracena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Iulian Macovei sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Guayaramerim booed when Master SC Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valdomiro Freire didn't get a good kick on the ball. João Augusto Souto was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 86th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Guayaramerim's zone, Cristóvão Dracena stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Luís das Neves came out of the goal and Cristóvão Dracena tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 95 minutes, Ulisses de Lara managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guayaramerim's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ulisses de Lara was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Iulian Macovei charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Iulian Macovei the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 96 played minutes Master SC Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Iulian Macovei. Master SC Futebol Clube's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
