A collision led to Bertanholi SC getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Vladimir Branco hit a great ball. Corisco FC's Cafu dos Santos couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 6th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Bertanholi SC. After 7 played minutes Corisco FC got a freekick which was hit by Geraldo Marquez. Matheus Leite showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Fabiano Cosme in the 11th minute of the match. Bertanholi SC's Iuri dos Santos couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 15th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Corisco FC. Corisco FC's Matheus Leite played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Fabiano Cosme in the 17th minute of play. Luiz Fabiano Cosme might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Matheus Leite. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Luiz Fabiano Cosme ran back to his position shaking his head. When Luiz Fabiano Cosme came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Bertanholi SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luiz Fabiano Cosme couldn't finish the play. Silvério Eger took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 26th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gil Rosa. Bertanholi SC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Kléber Camargo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kléber Camargo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gil Rosa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. Corisco FC's Matheus Leite played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Fabiano Cosme in the 34th minute of play. Eriberto Fontes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luiz Fabiano Cosme blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Matheus Leite having to make a save. A collision led to Corisco FC getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Geraldo Marquez hit a great ball. Bertanholi SC's Iuri dos Santos couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 39th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Corisco FC. In the 48thth minute of the game Kléber Camargo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bertanholi SC's Gil Rosa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In the 57th minute Nestor Paes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matheus Leite saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Luiz Fabiano Cosme came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Bertanholi SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luiz Fabiano Cosme couldn't finish the play. Gil Rosa came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Corisco FC's Eusébio Luz. But to his dismay, Eusébio Luz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrianinho Pombal in the 66th minute of play forced Bertanholi SC's goalkeeper Gil Rosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kléber Camargo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gil Rosa having to make a save. Bertanholi SC's Gil Rosa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Bertanholi SC from getting a goal against them. Eriberto Fontes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Matheus Leite showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eriberto Fontes, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Luiz Fabiano Cosme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matheus Leite having to interfere. Eriberto Fontes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luiz Fabiano Cosme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Matheus Leite took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eriberto Fontes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 97 minutes into the match, Adrianinho Pombal notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Bertanholi SC's Gil Rosa. Gil Rosa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Corisco FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
