Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Erasmo Dias got the match started through his kick off. Itati's Didi Soares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denílson Vides in the 4th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Itati's zone, Felippe da Rocha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Didi Soares came out of the goal and Felippe da Rocha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 12th minute Erasmo Dias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaltino Borges saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Itati were awarded a corner in the 14th minute after Nipoan SC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Victor Fantini took the corner. Itati's Victor Fantini was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Isaltino Borges in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Itati's Didi Soares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denílson Vides in the 21st minute of play. When Denílson Vides came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Nipoan SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Denílson Vides couldn't finish the play. Erasmo Dias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Erasmo Dias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Denílson Vides to strike the kick off in the second half. Itati's Didi Soares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felippe da Rocha in the 65th minute of play. Leonel Castro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 75thth minute of the game Erasmo Dias who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nipoan SC's Isaltino Borges was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Isaltino Borges showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erasmo Dias, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denílson Vides in the 79th minute of play forced Itati's goalkeeper Didi Soares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erasmo Dias was extremely unlucky when he, in the 80th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After 88 played minutes Nipoan SC got a freekick which was hit by Gerson Mesquita. After having played for 96 minutes, Leonel Castro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Itati's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leonel Castro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Itati players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Nipoan SC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
