The supporters of Faiz o B.O. booed when Freire AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardinho Queiroz didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Frank Carneiro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wilian Bastos was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. Wilian Bastos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baltazar Rocha in the 13th minute of the match. Wilian Bastos was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 39 minutes into the match, Faiz o B.O.'s goalkeeper Douglas Silva had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Raí Botelho. Faiz o B.O.'s Frank Carneiro got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
