Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Frank Carneiro took the kick off in the first half of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cido Queirós during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Faiz o B.O. getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Cido Queirós hit a great ball. Lenílson Gaúcho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Carneiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Frank Carneiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Faiz o B.O.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Frank Carneiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lenílson Gaúcho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 16thth minute of the game Roger Montenegro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Faiz o B.O.'s Douglas Silva was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Faiz o B.O. booed when Pocinhos AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luiz Fabiano Souza didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Pocinhos AD's Juvenal Vides got a free kick in the 19th minute. Frank Carneiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Lenílson Gaúcho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alan Vianna's late challenge caught a Pocinhos AD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alan Vianna helped the player get up and apologised. In the 34th minute, Alan Vianna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Pocinhos AD's Gugu Pernambucano in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Faiz o B.O.'s goalie prevented a goal. In the 39th minute Baltazar Rocha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lenílson Gaúcho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Faiz o B.O. fans' excitement grew in the 41st match minute when Faiz o B.O.'s Baltazar Rocha looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Faiz o B.O.'s goalkeeper Douglas Silva, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Frank Carneiro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lenílson Gaúcho having to make a save. Baltazar Rocha scored 2-0 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lenílson Gaúcho, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Baltazar Rocha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Carneiro in the 67th minute of play forced Pocinhos AD's goalkeeper Lenílson Gaúcho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th match minute, Pocinhos AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juvenal Vides to maneuver through the defense. After 75 played minutes, Faiz o B.O.'s Alan Fantini shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Lenílson Gaúcho came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Faiz o B.O. reached it. With an all-out effort, Pocinhos AD's Douglas Silva threw himself towards the right post 83 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Roger Montenegro, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Roger Montenegro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Douglas Silva read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. Pocinhos AD's Lenílson Gaúcho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baltazar Rocha in the 95th minute of play. Pocinhos AD's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
