Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Lenílson de Mendonça kicked off to start the match. In the 10th minute of the match Vitinho Matorin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Adrianinho Porto skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dênis Pereira in the 13th minute of play forced Umba's goalkeeper Dinei Félix to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dinei Félix made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lenílson de Mendonça in the 14th minute of play. In the 19th minute, Valdemar Luz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 22 minutes into the match, Peruipe SC's goalkeeper Adrianinho Porto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frank Gaspar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frank Gaspar got free with Adrianinho Porto in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cauan Chaves charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cauan Chaves the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Cauan Chaves hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Cauan Chaves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrianinho Porto having to interfere. Adrianinho Porto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cauan Chaves in the 42nd minute of play. Valdemar Luz charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Valdemar Luz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Peruipe SC's Valdemar Luz got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Adrianinho Porto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cauan Chaves in the 44th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Adrianinho Porto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cauan Chaves in the 52nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Peruipe SC's zone, Frank Gaspar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adrianinho Porto came out of the goal and Frank Gaspar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lenílson de Mendonça fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dinei Félix having to interfere. In the 61st minute, Frank Gaspar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adrianinho Porto was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. 67 minutes into the match, Frank Gaspar notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Peruipe SC's Adrianinho Porto. Adrianinho Porto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Peruipe SC defense, Cauan Chaves kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adrianinho Porto. The Peruipe SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adrianinho Porto should have stopped the shot. When Joaquim Severo fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Umba's protests and gave Joaquim Severo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 78th minute, César Prado sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Umba's Dinei Félix didn't even have to move. When Dênis Pereira came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Peruipe SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dênis Pereira couldn't finish the play. Lenílson de Mendonça was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 82nd minute. Peruipe SC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 85th minute, Cauan Chaves got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Adrianinho Porto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Gaspar in the 87th minute of play. If Cauan Chaves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Umba's Dinei Félix played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lenílson de Mendonça in the 91st minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Umba fans cheered their team off the field, for while Peruipe SC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
