Tostão Prestes's late challenge caught a Cajury's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tostão Prestes helped the player get up and apologised. In the 20th match minute, Agreate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tostão Prestes to maneuver through the defense. After 25 minutes, Eduardo de Lara mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cajury and the Agreate players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Agreate booed when Cajury was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eduardo de Lara didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Agreate's Andrézinho Lago got control of the ball when Cristian Cordeiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cristian Cordeiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andrézinho Lago was a little too slow when Natã Ramos got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 36th minute. The score was now 2-0. When Zé Moura fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cajury's protests and gave Zé Moura a yellow card for diving instead. Zé Moura kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Augusto Tepedino in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lucas Tinoco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Natã Ramos made a kick off. Lucas Tinoco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augusto Tepedino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 54th minute, Agreate's Augusto Tepedino ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lucas Tinoco. Lucas Tinoco yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. Cajury's Lucas Tinoco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Tepedino in the 60th minute of play. 61 minutes into the match, Cristian Cordeiro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Andrézinho Lago. Agreate's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian Cordeiro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Tostão Prestes was extremely unlucky when he, in the 66th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 69th minute, Tostão Prestes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Augusto Tepedino took a quick shot and it went in 3-2 without a chance for Lucas Tinoco to make any attempt to save it. Cristian Cordeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andrézinho Lago having to interfere. Augusto Tepedino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Lucas Tinoco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 87th minute Augusto Tepedino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucas Tinoco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Augusto Tepedino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tostão Prestes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Natã Ramos in the 93rd minute of play forced Agreate's goalkeeper Andrézinho Lago to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
