Elivélton Senna made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ernesto Leite in the 3rd minute. In the 9th minute of the match, Zacarias Varela tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Elivélton Senna saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 17 minutes, Ernesto Leite made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Lapela's Elivélton Senna tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ernesto Leite struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Elivélton Senna didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Valloes AD. Nuno Lima stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Oséas Sabóia's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. 30 minutes into the game, Kaká Romero was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lapela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Valloes AD the free kick. After 30 played minutes Lapela got a freekick which was hit by Kaká Romero. If Ernesto Leite had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zacarias Varela struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Elivélton Senna didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Valloes AD. Zacarias Varela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 46 minutes into the match, Ernesto Leite dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Elivélton Senna, 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zacarias Varela was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernesto Leite in the 54th minute of play forced Lapela's goalkeeper Elivélton Senna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ciro Carvalho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Nuno Lima tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chiquinho Rosa kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Nuno Lima showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oséas Sabóia in the 68th minute of the match. Elivélton Senna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chiquinho Rosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Ernesto Leite had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ernesto Leite fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elivélton Senna having to interfere. 85 minutes into the match, Valloes AD's goalkeeper Nuno Lima had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ciro Carvalho. Nuno Lima showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oséas Sabóia in the 87th minute of the match. Oséas Sabóia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Nuno Lima tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 97th minute, Ciro Carvalho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nuno Lima was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2.
