Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Samuca Pitta started the match with the kick off. In the 8th minute José Vítor Vinhas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Meriç Çırağ saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 8 minutes into the game, Tião Cardoso was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. C.R. Carie Profunda's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dognini FC the free kick. Dognini FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Samuca Pitta 15 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. A collision led to Dognini FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Edu Salles hit a great ball. Hans Ambjörnsson hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Edu Salles's late challenge caught a C.R. Carie Profunda's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edu Salles helped the player get up and apologised. After 29 played minutes Dognini FC got a freekick which was hit by Edu Salles. Dadá Macedo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Meriç Çırağ read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dudu Vasconcelos during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, C.R. Carie Profunda's Dudu Vasconcelos got a free kick in the 32nd minute. A collision led to Dognini FC getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Mauro Neiva hit a great ball. Diogo Vander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Lucas Ceresso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 45 minutes of play, Dognini FC's José Vítor Vinhas made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Meriç Çırağ was left in no man's land by his defense there! After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edu Salles was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice moves José Vítor Vinhas could shoot a difficult shot in the 54th minute, which Meriç Çırağ however easily saved by the left post. José Vítor Vinhas struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Meriç Çırağ didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dognini FC. Meriç Çırağ made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when José Vítor Vinhas sent off a good shot on target. Meriç Çırağ came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Dognini FC's José Vítor Vinhas. But to his dismay, José Vítor Vinhas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Samuca Pitta struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Lucas Ceresso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.R. Carie Profunda. 68 minutes into the match, Diogo Vander notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Dognini FC's Lucas Ceresso. Lucas Ceresso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Edu Salles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 75 played minutes C.R. Carie Profunda got a freekick which was hit by Tião Cardoso. Meriç Çırağ showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edu Salles in the 77th minute of the match. In the 82nd match minute, Dognini FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Koehler to maneuver through the defense. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
