Zé Pedro Simão didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from André Luís Neiva went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Duda Duarte kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruy Simão in the 33rd minute of play forced Sacramento's goalkeeper Douglas Souto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Sacramento getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Evaristo Rocha hit a great ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Zé Pedro Simão made an important save on a dangerous shot by André Luís Neiva in the 52nd minute. Peruipe AD's defense didn't have a chance, in the 54th minute, when Yan Galvão scored to the left of an out of position Zé Pedro Simão, making the score, 0-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Yan Galvão managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sacramento's supporters rose to their feet, but Yan Galvão was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zé Pedro Simão breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zé Pedro Simão made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when André Luís Neiva sent off a good shot on target. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Peruipe AD's goalkeeper Zé Pedro Simão, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
