Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Saturno F.C's Renato Lima started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Walmyr do Nascimento in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zé Pedro Simão prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Renato Lima received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Zé Pedro Simão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Walmyr do Nascimento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zé Pedro Simão having to interfere. After having played for 20 minutes, Renato Lima managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Saturno F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Renato Lima was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Waldemar Tande sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Albertinho Toledo made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Waldemar Tande sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Saturno F.C's Ian Velasco got a free kick in the 28th minute. 34 minutes into the match, Peruipe AD's Nuno Cerezo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Albertinho Toledo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 37 played minutes Peruipe AD got a freekick which was hit by Enio Carneiro. After a rather tough play, Peruipe AD's Frédson Gaspar got a free kick in the 39th minute. Zé Pedro Simão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Renato Lima, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Renato Lima received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Zé Pedro Simão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zé Pedro Simão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Walmyr do Nascimento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nuno Cerezo to make the kick off. In the 55th minute Waldemar Tande shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albertinho Toledo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Walmyr do Nascimento could shoot a difficult shot in the 60th minute, which Zé Pedro Simão however easily saved by the left post. When Walmyr do Nascimento came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Saturno F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Walmyr do Nascimento couldn't finish the play. Renato Lima recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Waldemar Tande fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albertinho Toledo having to interfere. Nuno Cerezo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Albertinho Toledo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Waldemar Tande in the 72nd minute of play forced Saturno F.C's goalkeeper Albertinho Toledo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 73 minutes, Walmyr do Nascimento made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Peruipe AD's Zé Pedro Simão tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 80 minutes into the match, Peruipe AD's goal looked a bit too open when Renato Lima came free, but Zé Pedro Simão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Renato Lima received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Zé Pedro Simão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Peruipe AD's Zé Pedro Simão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Renato Lima in the 84th minute of play. In the 86th match minute, Saturno F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ian Velasco to maneuver through the defense. Albertinho Toledo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Waldemar Tande, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Saturno F.C's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
