Anderson Hermes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Frederico Pirani having to make a save. 20 minutes into the game, Luís Gustavo Trancoso was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cariutaba's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rolandia SS the free kick. Luís Gustavo Trancoso hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Anderson Hermes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frederico Pirani having to interfere. Alberto Matos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alberto Matos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. João Adolfo Lago tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With an extended leg and a bit of luck João Adolfo Lago prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With 45 minutes on the clock, Chiquinho Hermes commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 44th minute of the game. One of Cariutaba:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Rolandia SS:s goal. Igor Valladares placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anderson Hermes to make the kick off. Frederico Pirani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anderson Hermes in the 60th minute of the match. In the 67th minute, Anderson Hermes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Frederico Pirani made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Michel Marques sent off a good shot on target. 71 minutes into the match, Cariutaba's goalkeeper Frederico Pirani had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Michel Marques. Frederico Pirani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anderson Hermes in the 77th minute of the match. Anderson Hermes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frederico Pirani having to interfere. Cariutaba's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Anderson Hermes 87 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-1. If Alberto Matos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Rolandia SS walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
