When the match clock showed 8 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Ulysses Moraes sped through Jamanacari FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Diogo Rosa. In the 12th minute Ulysses Moraes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diogo Rosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Conrado Coutinho was out of position in the 15 minute of play, and Natanael Mumbach capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Natanael Mumbach really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Natanael Mumbach in the 18th minute of play forced Lagao's goalkeeper Conrado Coutinho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rômulo Pinheiro hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. In the 23rd minute Serafim Bezerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Conrado Coutinho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Lagao getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Ulysses Moraes hit a great ball. Régis Braga in the 28thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Conrado Coutinho, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Lagao's Conrado Coutinho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armando Rezende in the 29th minute of play. Diogo Rosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulysses Moraes in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 33rd minute, Jamanacari FC's Régis Braga dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Natanael Mumbach received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Conrado Coutinho came out and tried to block the shot, but Natanael Mumbach slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 36th minute. Diogo Rosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remo Leão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alexandre Sá hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind Jamanacari FC's goalkeeper Diogo Rosa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Diogo Rosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulysses Moraes in the 47th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Serafim Bezerra to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Lagao's Victor da Rocha got a free kick in the 53rd minute. After 61st play minutes Remo Leão shot 3-2, a short shot which went by Diogo Rosa and just under the crossbar into goal. Conrado Coutinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Régis Braga in the 64th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serafim Bezerra in the 66th minute of play forced Lagao's goalkeeper Conrado Coutinho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute, Armando Rezende ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Conrado Coutinho was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. Conrado Coutinho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Régis Braga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 76 played minutes Lagao got a freekick which was hit by Romeu Mendes. Conrado Coutinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serafim Bezerra in the 79th minute of the match. 82 minutes into the match, Lagao's Ulysses Moraes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Diogo Rosa narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
