Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Reinaldo Quadros kicked off to start the match. 4 minutes into the game, Itapissuma FC's Dráusio Quadros nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jânio Cavalcante made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Alexandre Camargo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Jânio Cavalcante tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Itapissuma FC's goalkeeper Adilson Leite, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 15th minute, Reinaldo Quadros got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 16 played minutes Itapissuma FC got a freekick which was hit by Nicolas Barral. Adilson Leite showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reinaldo Quadros in the 19th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Fabiano Pimenta in the 21st minute of play forced Itapissuma FC's goalkeeper Adilson Leite to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Reinaldo Quadros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 32 minutes into the match, Vasco Clube e Regata's goalkeeper Jânio Cavalcante had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alexandre Camargo. Adilson Leite made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luiz Fabiano Pimenta in the 40th minute of play. Adilson Leite showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Fabiano Pimenta in the 46th minute of the match. Luiz Fabiano Pimenta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adilson Leite having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alexandre Camargo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Itapissuma FC's goal looked a bit too open when Reinaldo Quadros came free, but Adilson Leite reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Laércio de Andrade kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Charles Furtado blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jânio Cavalcante having to make a save. Adilson Leite showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reinaldo Quadros, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Luiz Fabiano Pimenta might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Adilson Leite. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Luiz Fabiano Pimenta ran back to his position shaking his head. Reinaldo Quadros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Adilson Leite tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 72 minutes, Dráusio Quadros managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Itapissuma FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dráusio Quadros was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Alexandre Camargo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Itapissuma FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alexandre Camargo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jânio Cavalcante breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 80th minute Reinaldo Quadros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adilson Leite saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adilson Leite made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reinaldo Quadros in the 83rd minute of play. Fausto Donatello kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. In the 90th minute, one of Vasco Clube e Regata:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Vasco Clube e Regata. In the 92nd minute there was a penalty for Itapissuma FC. Charles Furtado stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jânio Cavalcante. 3-0. Jânio Cavalcante made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandre Camargo in the 95th minute of play. Laércio de Andrade received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 99th minute. Adilson Leite tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Vasco Clube e Regata players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Itapissuma FC.
