In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Marapendi FC's goalkeeper Fred Nunes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Olgierd Drozdowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Olgierd Drozdowski struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Fred Nunes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pocas SC. A hard and well directed shot from Baltazar Silva led 38 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. Marapendi FC's Fred Nunes became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 0-1. The audience was convinced that Olgierd Drozdowski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fred Nunes was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. Baltazar Silva might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fred Nunes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Olgierd Drozdowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fred Nunes having to interfere. After 74 minutes, Olgierd Drozdowski made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Marapendi FC's Fred Nunes tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 78thth minute of the game Olgierd Drozdowski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Marapendi FC's Fred Nunes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Paulo Renato Sampaio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute.
