Zé Gerber hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. In the 8th minute Silvério Bertassi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernesto Ferreira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Silvério Bertassi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Ernesto Ferreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hélder Oliveira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rodrigo Mandrak had several of the Forma Conceitos's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 16 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed João Adolfo Koehler as he didn't even see the shot coming. Franklin Duarte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. João Adolfo Koehler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Franklin Duarte struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. João Adolfo Koehler didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Timbosal. Edmundo Travassos's late challenge caught a Forma Conceitos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edmundo Travassos helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Forma Conceitos booed when Timbosal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edmundo Travassos didn't get a good kick on the ball. 40 minutes into the game, one of Timbosal:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Forma Conceitos a penalty, 43 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Osmar Silveira, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Timbosal's Ernesto Ferreira. 1-1. Rodrigo Mandrak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hélder Oliveira made a kick off. Silvério Bertassi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Ernesto Ferreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Franklin Duarte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Rodrigo Mandrak managed to get in a good position for a shot. Timbosal's supporters rose to their feet, but Rodrigo Mandrak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. João Adolfo Koehler breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Oswaldo Ramalho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Forma Conceitos's Hélder Oliveira was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 89th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Osmar Silveira charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Osmar Silveira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 95th match minute, Forma Conceitos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osmar Silveira to maneuver through the defense. The Forma Conceitos supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Forma Conceitos would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
