In the 4th minute Durval Carneiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rômulo Zanette saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 6 minutes into the match, Paramana's goalkeeper Arnaldo Prado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vinícius Zonta. Arnaldo Prado didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 10th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. After a rather tough play, Mirary's Eduardo Palmeira got a free kick in the 12th minute. In the 19th minute Paulinho Penha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnaldo Prado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rômulo Zanette made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Durval Carneiro in the 20th minute of play. Paramana's Arnaldo Prado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduardo Palmeira in the 23rd minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Paramana's goal looked a bit too open when Paulinho Penha came free, but Arnaldo Prado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Willian Furlan during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 27th match minute, Mirary was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Willian Furlan to maneuver through the defense. Paramana's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Maurício Toscano in the 29th minute. A nice corner shot did that Maurício Toscano got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rômulo Zanette quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 30 minutes into the game, Paulinho Penha recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Arnaldo Prado. Paulinho Penha showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. In the 33rd minute, Mirary's Paulinho Penha dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Arnaldo Prado made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Vinícius Zonta sent off a good shot on target. Fabrício Fernandes hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Paramana's Durval Seco got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Paulinho Penha was extremely unlucky when he, in the 43rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After a rather tough play, Mirary's Vinícius Zonta got a free kick in the 44th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

In the 53rd minute, Luciano Eger got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fabrício Fernandes kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Rômulo Zanette made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Durval Seco in the 65th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Mirary's Dedé Arósio got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Durval Seco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Rômulo Zanette tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arnaldo Prado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulinho Penha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 77th minute, Luciano Eger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cipriano Braga charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cipriano Braga the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Mirary booed when Paramana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cipriano Braga didn't get a good kick on the ball. 80 minutes into the game, Vinícius Zonta cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Arnaldo Prado was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Mirary's Rogério Monteiro got a free kick in the 84th minute. In the 88th minute Paulinho Penha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnaldo Prado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 91st minute, Fabrício Fernandes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mirary's Paulinho Penha got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Paramana's Hamílton Motta got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Arnaldo Prado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulinho Penha in the 97th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Mirary fans cheered their team off the field, for while Paramana had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
