Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Erasmo Rosa kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Franklin Lira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Romeu Batista tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 6th minute of the match William Fontes shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Romeu Batista showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Lipo's Luiz Gustavo Britto got a free kick in the 9th minute. Didi Dionísio's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Henrique Moreira firmly grabbed it by the left post. Romeu Batista made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Noel Barros in the 19th minute of play. If Franklin Lira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Lipo's Júlio Valle got a free kick in the 21st minute. Henrique Moreira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Walmyr Tinoco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Romeu Batista made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Noel Barros in the 26th minute of play. Júlio Valle hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Lipo's Walmyr Tinoco got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Walmyr Tinoco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Henrique Moreira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Franklin Lira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romeu Batista having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Walmyr Tinoco's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Henrique Moreira was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. When Didi Dionísio came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Lipo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Didi Dionísio couldn't finish the play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Walmyr Tinoco stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Romeu Batista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Franklin Lira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Didi Dionísio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Limoeira SC's goalkeeper Henrique Moreira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Didi Dionísio scored 1-0 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Henrique Moreira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 65th minute, Luiz Gustavo Britto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Didi Dionísio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Henrique Moreira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Didi Dionísio's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. After 74 played minutes Limoeira SC got a freekick which was hit by Gilvan Monteiro. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Walmyr Tinoco in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Henrique Moreira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jailson Barbosa charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jailson Barbosa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 86 minutes into the game, one of Lipo:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 89 minutes, Limoeira SC's Ezequiel Macedo got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Romeu Batista. If Didi Dionísio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95thth minute of the game Didi Dionísio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Limoeira SC's Henrique Moreira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Franklin Lira kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
