An unexpectedly hard shot by Toninho Nascimento in the 10th minute of play forced DeuNois FC's goalkeeper Abel Teles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Toninho Nascimento recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hílton Tepedino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Toninho Nascimento's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abel Teles was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. A collision led to DeuNois FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Wellington Saldanha hit a great ball. Abel Teles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Toninho Nascimento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Márcio Tavares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Cléberson Maranhense tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Márcio Tavares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Cléberson Maranhense tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Márcio Tavares managed to get in a good position for a shot. DeuNois FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Márcio Tavares was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cléberson Maranhense breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Toninho Nascimento to strike the kick off in the second half. Dênis Freitas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Cléberson Maranhense tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Donato Souto hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. In the 68th minute, Rony Marinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abel Teles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Toninho Nascimento in the 76th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Arapapa EC defense, Frank Andrade kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cléberson Maranhense. The Arapapa EC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cléberson Maranhense should have stopped the shot. Márcio Tavares blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cléberson Maranhense having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Frank Andrade in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cléberson Maranhense prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
