Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Maloqueiros do Carmelina's Kauã Vasconcelos started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Luiz Eduardo Amaral recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 9th minute, Kauã Vasconcelos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sebastião Quirino was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. 13 minutes into the match, KassiaM FC's goalkeeper Sebastião Quirino had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luiz Eduardo Amaral. After 16 played minutes Maloqueiros do Carmelina got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Eduardo Amaral. After a defensive mix-up in Maloqueiros do Carmelina's zone, Evandro Vieira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Flavinho Damião came out of the goal and Evandro Vieira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Flavinho Damião took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evandro Vieira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kauã Vasconcelos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Sebastião Quirino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 30 minutes into the game, Dida Quadros was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KassiaM FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Maloqueiros do Carmelina the free kick. Dida Quadros hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Luiz Eduardo Amaral could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Sebastião Quirino made a huge save. Luiz Eduardo Amaral struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Sebastião Quirino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Maloqueiros do Carmelina. Luiz Eduardo Amaral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Sebastião Quirino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Genílson Prestes made in the 46th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by José Quadros. A collision led to Maloqueiros do Carmelina getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Fred Lago hit a great ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Evandro Vieira made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evandro Vieira in the 54th minute of play forced Maloqueiros do Carmelina's goalkeeper Flavinho Damião to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nico Nogueira struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Flavinho Damião didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KassiaM FC. After 57 played minutes KassiaM FC got a freekick which was hit by José Quadros. Luiz Eduardo Amaral's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sebastião Quirino read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nico Nogueira got free with Flavinho Damião in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Maloqueiros do Carmelina's goalkeeper Flavinho Damião, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kauã Vasconcelos charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kauã Vasconcelos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 67th minute, Kauã Vasconcelos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Nico Nogueira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. KassiaM FC's Sebastião Quirino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Eduardo Amaral in the 73rd minute of play. After having played for 80 minutes, Luiz Eduardo Amaral managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Maloqueiros do Carmelina's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luiz Eduardo Amaral was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 82 minutes into the match, Kauã Vasconcelos notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of KassiaM FC's Sebastião Quirino. Sebastião Quirino was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 89th minute, Luiz Eduardo Amaral got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 91 minutes into the match, KassiaM FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Eduardo Amaral came free, but Sebastião Quirino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 2-1 became the score in the 93rd minute when Evandro Vieira elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Maloqueiros do Carmelina's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
