In the 2nd minute, Duda Perez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 5th minute, Rubens Porto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Arassui's Gláuber Prado got a free kick in the 6th minute. After having played for 7 minutes, Dionísio Fantini managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Campo SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dionísio Fantini was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 12th minute Sydney Gomes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Agnaldo Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Campo SC's Wellington Cruz shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 20th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Agnaldo Amorim but with some difficulty. After a defensive mix-up in Campo SC's zone, Duda Perez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Laércio Faria came out of the goal and Duda Perez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Agnaldo Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benedito Brodel, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. The supporters of Arassui booed when Campo SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sydney Gomes didn't get a good kick on the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Benedito Brodel dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Agnaldo Amorim, 2-0. After a rather tough play, Arassui's Gugu Mazza got a free kick in the 39th minute. Agnaldo Amorim made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rubens Porto in the 41st minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Duda Perez made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Benedito Brodel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Agnaldo Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rubens Porto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Agnaldo Amorim having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benedito Brodel in the 70th minute of play forced Arassui's goalkeeper Agnaldo Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Duda Perez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 80th minute of the match Wellington Cruz shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Agnaldo Amorim showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 84th match minute, Campo SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dionísio Fantini to maneuver through the defense. In the 87thth minute of the game Duda Perez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Campo SC's Laércio Faria was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Agnaldo Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hortêncio Andrade in the 92nd minute of play.
