Jatei AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silas Bezerra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Jatei AD players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Catolezinho were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Silas Bezerra was the one to do the kick off. After some careless play in the Jatei AD defense, Jefferson Severo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rafael Cardoso. The Jatei AD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rafael Cardoso should have stopped the shot. Silas Bezerra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Catolezinho's zone, Richard Brodel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Catolezinho's Natã Moraes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silas Bezerra in the 78th minute of play. When Richard Brodel got free in front of the goal in the 82nd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Natã Moraes was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Silas Bezerra kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. In the 86th minute, Richard Brodel made a precise shot to the right of Natã Moraes. Catolezinho's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Silas Bezerra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
