Fernandão Linares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fábio de Mendonça, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Asa De Arapiraca's Fernandão Linares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fábio de Mendonça in the 23rd minute of play. Gil Aparecido showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciro Rodrigues in the 26th minute of the match. In the 27th minute, Juan Pimenta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Asa De Arapiraca fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fernandão Linares should have stopped the shot. Fernandão Linares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fábio de Mendonça in the 69th minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, Asa De Arapiraca's goal looked a bit too open when Arlindo Damião came free, but Fernandão Linares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
