Luizinho Neto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Augusto Cardoso, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Pedro Augusto Cardoso's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luizinho Neto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Murilo Esteves to strike the kick off in the second half. Luizinho Neto came out of the goal and Pedro Augusto Cardoso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pedro Augusto Cardoso in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luizinho Neto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Itapitocahy's Luizinho Neto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Itapitocahy from getting a goal against them. Pedro Augusto Cardoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luizinho Neto having to interfere. After having played for 85 minutes, João Pedro Fantini managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caloji's supporters crossed their fingers, but João Pedro Fantini was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pedro Augusto Cardoso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Luizinho Neto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Murilo Esteves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Caloji were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
