The wind increased when Alberto Matos made the kick off in the second half. Ronaldão Perez kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Hortêncio Severo might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leopoldo Paraense. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hortêncio Severo ran back to his position shaking his head. Ricardinho Tavares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ricardinho Tavares received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. When the match was over Dianopolis FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Muquiranas FC throughout the match.
