Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Luís Paranaense started the match with the kick off. 11 minutes into the game, Ernesto Quadros threw the ball into play from the sideline. Six Stars FC's Luisinho Ramalho quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 12 minutes into the game, one of Six Stars FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 17 minutes into the game, Six Stars FC's Zézinho Loureiro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alfredo Simão made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. 22 minutes into the match, Six Stars FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Paranaense came free, but José Pedro Rodrigues reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Belmiro Correia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. José Pedro Rodrigues took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fiori Quaresma, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 31 minutes, Duda Nóbrega mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Paiaia and the Six Stars FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 31st match minute, Paiaia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Duda Nóbrega to maneuver through the defense. When Carlos Eduardo Diniz came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Six Stars FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlos Eduardo Diniz couldn't finish the play. If Carlos Eduardo Diniz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carlos Eduardo Diniz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Alfredo Simão was out of position in the 58 minute of play, and Luisinho Ramalho capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Luisinho Ramalho really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. In the 61st minute, Carlos Eduardo Diniz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Six Stars FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. José Pedro Rodrigues came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Paiaia's Luís Paranaense. But to his dismay, Luís Paranaense quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Duda Nóbrega received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. José Pedro Rodrigues tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paiaia's Alfredo Simão proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Paiaia from getting a goal against them. In the 72nd minute, Carlos Eduardo Diniz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 74th minute, Luisinho Ramalho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 76th match minute, Six Stars FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Eduardo Diniz to maneuver through the defense. 79 minutes into the game, Dorival Amaral was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Paiaia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Six Stars FC the free kick. After 80 played minutes Paiaia got a freekick which was hit by Dorival Amaral. A collision led to Six Stars FC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Carlos Eduardo Diniz hit a great ball. Sydney Ramalho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alfredo Simão having to make a save. During the 94th minute of the match Dorival Amaral completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Dorival Amaral a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Paiaia's Dorival Amaral got a free kick in the 95th minute. Carlos Eduardo Diniz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Alfredo Simão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
