Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jano Barbosa kicked off to start the match. Betão Lopes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jano Barbosa in the 4th minute of play. Betão Lopes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jano Barbosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Jano Barbosa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vicente's supporters rose to their feet, but Jano Barbosa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Betão Lopes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrianinho Paraíba in the 17th minute of play forced Liberdade Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Betão Lopes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Frank Recife's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thomás Travassos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. Betão Lopes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrianinho Paraíba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Júlio Silva charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Júlio Silva the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Liberdade Futebol Clube's Júlio Silva got a free kick in the 23rd minute. 26 minutes into the match, Liberdade Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Adrianinho Paraíba came free, but Betão Lopes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Betão Lopes came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Vicente's Adrianinho Paraíba. But to his dismay, Adrianinho Paraíba quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Nicolas Vale received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Thomás Travassos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Nicolas Vale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 43 minutes into the match, Liberdade Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Jano Barbosa came free, but Betão Lopes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicolas Vale received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Thomás Travassos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Frank Recife sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Frank Recife to make the kick off. Jano Barbosa struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Betão Lopes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vicente. Nicolas Vale received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Thomás Travassos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Vicente getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Franklin Souza hit a great ball. After 95 minutes of play, Vicente's Rony Sarmento made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Betão Lopes was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Vicente players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
