With an extended leg and a bit of luck Belchior Meireles prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manoel Chaves in the 23rd minute of play forced S.C. Rohirrim de Rohan's goalkeeper Belchior Meireles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Belchior Meireles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivo Senna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Jung 72's Hamílton Marques got control of the ball when Romeu Meira tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Ramón Barral fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jung 72's protests and gave Ramón Barral a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of S.C. Rohirrim de Rohan booed when Jung 72 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ramón Barral didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 39 played minutes, S.C. Rohirrim de Rohan's Marcelinho Fontes shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Hamílton Marques came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in S.C. Rohirrim de Rohan reached it. In the 41st minute, Ulisses Pombal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The S.C. Rohirrim de Rohan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

Teodoro Ihintza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 57th minute, Teodoro Ihintza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 68th minute, Alex Alvarenga made a precise shot to the right of Hamílton Marques. Jung 72's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Hamílton Marques stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Teodoro Ihintza's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. Simão Carneiro struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Hamílton Marques didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for S.C. Rohirrim de Rohan. Wanderson Brodel charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wanderson Brodel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 94th match minute, Jung 72 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wanderson Brodel to maneuver through the defense. Teodoro Ihintza's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hamílton Marques read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play. Hamílton Marques made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulisses Pombal in the 98th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. S.C. Rohirrim de Rohan had played much better football throughout.
