João Vítor Maia who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 15thth minute tested the skills of Luís Fernando Ceresso when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kauã Silva was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rdth minute of the game Kauã Silva who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Adidas's Cafu de Amaral was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Marcos Tavares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Fernando Ceresso having to interfere.
