Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Fábio Antunes took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Gualter de Medeiros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gualter de Medeiros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Hamílton Correia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hamílton Correia came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Tapiara's Fábio Antunes. But to his dismay, Fábio Antunes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 17 minutes into the match, Fábio Antunes dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Hamílton Correia, 2-0. Afonsinho Loureiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Sabara SC's Aníbal Quintal got a free kick in the 27th minute. Gualter de Medeiros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fábio Antunes in the 33rd minute of play forced Sabara SC's goalkeeper Hamílton Correia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abel Seco hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. When Afonsinho Loureiro came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Sabara SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Afonsinho Loureiro couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Sabara SC getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Vito de Sena hit a great ball.

The wind increased when Wanderson Mangueira made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Vito de Sena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The corner ended in Valdemar Marinho almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Sabara SC's Hamílton Correia did a great save. Afonsinho Loureiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Frédson Maciel made a huge save. Frédson Maciel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wanderson Mangueira in the 60th minute of play. 60 minutes into the game, Abel Seco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tapiara's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sabara SC the free kick. After 61 played minutes Tapiara got a freekick which was hit by Abel Seco. Wanderson Mangueira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gualter de Medeiros took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hamílton Correia. Hamílton Correia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. The audience was convinced that Gualter de Medeiros's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hamílton Correia was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. The supporters of Tapiara booed when Sabara SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aníbal Quintal didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 76th match minute, Sabara SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giovanni Maia to maneuver through the defense. If Fábio Antunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Frédson Maciel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wanderson Mangueira in the 83rd minute of the match. 85 minutes into the match, Fábio Antunes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hamílton Correia. Sabara SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fábio Antunes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. After some careless play in the Sabara SC defense, Fábio Antunes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hamílton Correia. The Sabara SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hamílton Correia should have stopped the shot. Fábio Antunes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Gualter de Medeiros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tapiara's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
