Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Dráuzio Cosme got the match started through his kick off. Délio Linares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Falcão Borges in the 4th minute of play. In the 5th minute, Nestor Lopes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Taruma AD's Dráuzio Cosme in the 6th minute got a chance for a shot 6th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Alemao SC's goalie prevented a goal. Through an outstanding action, after 7 minutes, Aloísio Barral successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Délio Linares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manfredo Baptista, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. In the 13th play minute Moisés Queirós came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Aloísio Barral. 1-0. In the 17th minute, Manfredo Baptista left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Alemao SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Taruma AD's Délio Linares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Falcão Borges in the 21st minute of play. João Augusto Viana charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed João Augusto Viana the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leonardo Rezende during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Taruma AD fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 31st minute. Penalty! In the 33rd minute there was a penalty for Alemao SC. Nestor Lopes stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Délio Linares. 1-2. 40 minutes into the match, Alemao SC's goalkeeper Aloísio Barral had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Moisés Queirós. Dráuzio Cosme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Manfredo Baptista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dráuzio Cosme recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Taruma AD booed when Alemao SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. William Messias didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 68 minutes, Chiquinho dos Santos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Taruma AD and the Alemao SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Chiquinho dos Santos kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. After 69 played minutes Taruma AD got a freekick which was hit by Moisés Queirós. Aloísio Barral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dráuzio Cosme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aloísio Barral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dráuzio Cosme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dráuzio Cosme's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aloísio Barral read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dráuzio Cosme in the 86th minute of play forced Alemao SC's goalkeeper Aloísio Barral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Alemao SC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Ciro Paulista hit a great ball. When Moisés Queirós came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Taruma AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Moisés Queirós couldn't finish the play. In the 94th minute Moisés Queirós shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aloísio Barral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Taruma AD fans cheered their team off the field, for while Alemao SC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
