In the 13thth minute of the game Felippe Mendes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mambucaba SS's Michel Mandrak was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Michel Mandrak stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Felippe Mendes's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. Michel Mandrak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sydney Diniz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Soldiers Of Jah Army's Haroldo Bertassi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugênio Moreno in the 21st minute of play. Soldiers Of Jah Army's Felippe Mendes got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rômulo Alcântara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 26 played minutes Mambucaba SS got a freekick which was hit by Baltazar Neves. After having played for 29 minutes, Rômulo Alcântara managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Soldiers Of Jah Army's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rômulo Alcântara was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 30 minutes into the match, Mambucaba SS's goal looked a bit too open when Rômulo Alcântara came free, but Michel Mandrak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34thth minute of the game Michel Leme who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mambucaba SS's Michel Mandrak was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mambucaba SS's goalkeeper Michel Mandrak, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 37 minutes into the match, Mambucaba SS's goal looked a bit too open when Sydney Diniz came free, but Michel Mandrak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rômulo Alcântara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sydney Diniz made a kick off. In the 52nd minute Claudinei Mattos suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. The supporters of Soldiers Of Jah Army booed when Mambucaba SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baltazar Neves didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Sydney Diniz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Soldiers Of Jah Army's supporters rose to their feet, but Sydney Diniz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Michel Mandrak breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Michel Mandrak made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Felippe Mendes sent off a good shot on target. Rômulo Alcântara struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Michel Mandrak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Soldiers Of Jah Army. Mambucaba SS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Soldiers Of Jah Army the free kick. After a rather tough play, Mambucaba SS's Murilo Pimenta got a free kick in the 76th minute. Sydney Diniz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Sydney Diniz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Felippe Mendes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Michel Mandrak made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Mambucaba SS's Murilo Pimenta got a free kick in the 95th minute. Soldiers Of Jah Army played a much better game than Mambucaba SS and deserved their victory. The Mambucaba SS players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
