Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Pains's Vicente Leal started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Bernardo Arotza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Beto Cosme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gil Netto in the 12th minute of play forced Tucunzeiro SC's goalkeeper Amadeu Passos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 16 played minutes Tucunzeiro SC got a freekick which was hit by Ediberto Mello. Amadeu Passos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vicente Leal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 1-0 came through a penalty shot after 26 played minutes, when Tucunzeiro SC:s Albertinho Rossi calmly waited for Pains:s goalkeeper to move before he rolled in the ball by the right post. In the 35th minute Gil Netto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeu Passos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 37 minutes, Hílton Mazza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tucunzeiro SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hílton Mazza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Pains's Beto Cosme got control of the ball when Hílton Mazza tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bernardo Arotza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Beto Cosme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bernardo Arotza to strike the kick off in the second half. Amadeu Passos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vicente Leal in the 52nd minute of play. In the 61st minute, Bernardo Arotza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Beto Cosme was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 68th minute, Luizinho Zanette hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maurinho Loureiro hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Tucunzeiro SC's Amadeu Passos got control of the ball when Gil Netto tried to sneak it across the goal line. Beto Cosme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Arotza in the 73rd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Conrado Matos during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Conrado Matos hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Vicente Leal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Amadeu Passos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Tucunzeiro SC had won after a very even match.
