In the 3rd match minute, Venturosa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oséas Vidal to maneuver through the defense. Dinei Couto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abel Freitas in the 6th minute of play. If Fred Breckenfeld had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Venturosa's Gerson Vidal got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Fred Breckenfeld had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fred Breckenfeld struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Hermínio Gerber didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Venturosa. Gerson Vidal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Hermínio Gerber tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, Venturosa's goal looked a bit too open when Abel Freitas came free, but Dinei Couto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dinei Couto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sidney Costa's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. In the 30th minute, Joélson Brito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sidney Costa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 33rd minute Gerson Vidal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hermínio Gerber saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, Sidney Costa notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Venturosa's Dinei Couto. Dinei Couto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dinei Couto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abel Freitas's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. Dinei Couto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sidney Costa in the 41st minute of the match. Abel Freitas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Abel Freitas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 48th minute Sidney Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dinei Couto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abel Freitas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sidney Costa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iuri Peixoto in the 54th minute of play forced Venturosa's goalkeeper Dinei Couto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Venturosa getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Fred Breckenfeld hit a great ball. Venturosa's Dinei Couto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Venturosa from getting a goal against them. Sidney Costa's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 69thth minute, Dinei Couto skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Sidney Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dinei Couto having to interfere. Venturosa's Dinei Couto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Venturosa from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Venturosa getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Raphael Simões hit a great ball. Joélson Brito hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Sidney Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Fred Breckenfeld had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sidney Costa scored 0-4 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dinei Couto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jacarau SS's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
