Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Franklin Arruda got the match started through his kick off. Oséias Motta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Adhemar Vasconcelos made a huge save. In the 6thth minute of the game Joélson de Castro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jaburuzinho's Albertinho Xavier was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jaburuzinho's Albertinho Xavier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Massa in the 8th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Fortinho SC's goal looked a bit too open when Franklin Arruda came free, but Adhemar Vasconcelos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oséias Motta's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 20thth minute, Adhemar Vasconcelos skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Franklin Arruda blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Adhemar Vasconcelos having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Oséias Motta got free with Adhemar Vasconcelos in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Paulo Massa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albertinho Xavier having to interfere. 28 minutes into the match, Fortinho SC's goalkeeper Adhemar Vasconcelos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oséias Motta. Armindo Peixoto took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 32nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Adhemar Vasconcelos. Fortinho SC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, Fortinho SC's goalkeeper Adhemar Vasconcelos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oséias Motta. 1-0 became the score in the 35th minute when Franklin Arruda elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Jaburuzinho's Oséias Motta came free and shot a quick shot against goal 39 minutes in the game, fortunately Adhemar Vasconcelos had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Gilberto Abreu hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. The supporters of Fortinho SC booed when Jaburuzinho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaime Dantas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joélson de Castro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joélson de Castro in the 46th minute of play forced Jaburuzinho's goalkeeper Albertinho Xavier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Franklin Arruda's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adhemar Vasconcelos was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Adhemar Vasconcelos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Fortinho SC's Adhemar Vasconcelos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oséias Motta in the 60th minute of play. When Gilberto Abreu fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fortinho SC's protests and gave Gilberto Abreu a yellow card for diving instead. After 66 played minutes Fortinho SC got a freekick which was hit by Gilberto Abreu. A collision led to Jaburuzinho getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Romário Salgado hit a great ball. When Romário Salgado fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jaburuzinho's protests and gave Romário Salgado a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Jaburuzinho's Romário Salgado got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Joélson de Castro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albertinho Xavier having to interfere. Adhemar Vasconcelos came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Jaburuzinho's Franklin Arruda. But to his dismay, Franklin Arruda quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. After 83 minutes, Conrado Mesquita mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jaburuzinho and the Fortinho SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Jaburuzinho getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Conrado Mesquita hit a great ball. Fortinho SC's Adhemar Vasconcelos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Franklin Arruda in the 86th minute of play. Adhemar Vasconcelos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Franklin Arruda's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Fortinho SC's zone, Romário Salgado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adhemar Vasconcelos came out of the goal and Romário Salgado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Jaburuzinho fans cheered their team off the field, for while Fortinho SC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
