Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Marcelinho Simões got the match started through his kick off. After 4 played minutes, Timorande's Umberto Ramalho shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Manuel Pereira came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Timorande reached it. Marcelinho Simões sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sabugueiro's Manuel Pereira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelinho Simões in the 8th minute of play. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Timorande's goalkeeper André Luiz Ortiz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcelinho Simões in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Manuel Pereira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Timorande's Raimundo Pernambucano in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sabugueiro's goalie prevented a goal. If Fernão Pinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcelinho Simões sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 35th minute Raimundo Pernambucano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Pereira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Timorande's Delfim Teixeira got a free kick in the 40th minute. In the 44th minute, Júlio Alves got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in Sabugueiro fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 47th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Timorande a penalty, 49 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Kauã Prata, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Sabugueiro's Manuel Pereira. 0-1.

Marcelinho Simões hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. In the 55th minute, Kauan Freire ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. André Luiz Ortiz was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Marcelinho Simões recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marcelinho Simões struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Manuel Pereira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Timorande. Daniel Alvarenga kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Sabugueiro's Manuel Pereira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Sabugueiro from getting a goal against them. 69 minutes in the game, Raimundo Pernambucano dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Timorande's Raimundo Pernambucano got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 74th minute of the game. One of Sabugueiro:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Timorande:s goal. André Luiz Ortiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernão Pinho in the 83rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Júlio Alves managed to get in a good position for a shot. Timorande's supporters rose to their feet, but Júlio Alves was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Manuel Pereira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Raimundo Pernambucano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Manuel Pereira made a huge save. A collision led to Sabugueiro getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Eriberto Rezende hit a great ball. Manuel Pereira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Raimundo Pernambucano in the 95th minute. Raimundo Pernambucano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Pereira having to interfere. The Sabugueiro fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Timorande were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
