Jucururi's Remo da Fonseca proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Jucururi from getting a goal against them. Jucururi's Remo da Fonseca proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Jucururi from getting a goal against them. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Romeu Carvalho struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Remo da Fonseca didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Itapiruna SS. Jucururi's Remo da Fonseca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romeu Carvalho in the 46th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and João Vítor do Nascimento made a kick off. Christiano Leal hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. After having played for 55 minutes, Romeu Carvalho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Itapiruna SS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Romeu Carvalho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cristian Neiva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 62nd minute, Natanael Dantas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Itapiruna SS booed when Jucururi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Vítor do Nascimento didn't get a good kick on the ball. Remo da Fonseca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Neiva, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. 75 minutes into the game, Natanael Dantas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Itapiruna SS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jucururi the free kick. After 75 played minutes Itapiruna SS got a freekick which was hit by Natanael Dantas. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, João Vítor do Nascimento took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Luís Gustavo Mangueira to make any attempt to save it. Giovanni Correia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Remo da Fonseca stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Romeu Carvalho's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. Remo da Fonseca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romeu Carvalho in the 95th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Itapiruna SS had won after a very even match.
