Nilton Coutinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpected shot in the 94th minute by Reynaldo Severo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Wanderson Magalhães was out of position in the 96 minute of play, and Reynaldo Severo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Reynaldo Severo really showed his touch with that goal: 0-1. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded.
