Rubinho Arruda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nilton Coutinho in the 13th minute of play forced Port Charlotte FC's goalkeeper Chicão Aguiar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute Nilton Coutinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chicão Aguiar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Port Charlotte FC's zone, Nilton Coutinho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chicão Aguiar came out of the goal and Nilton Coutinho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Reynaldo Severo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Sebastian's Matheus Andrade got a free kick in the 21st minute. Vicente de Souza might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jairo de Azevedo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vicente de Souza ran back to his position shaking his head. Port Charlotte FC's Vicente de Souza managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Matheus Andrade in the 26 minute of the game. Rubinho Arruda scored 1-0 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jairo de Azevedo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rubinho Arruda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rubinho Arruda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Jairo de Azevedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nilton Coutinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 43 minutes, Rubinho Arruda managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Port Charlotte FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rubinho Arruda was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rubinho Arruda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Jairo de Azevedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nilton Coutinho stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, Vicente de Souza was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Port Charlotte FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sebastian the free kick. In the 54th match minute, Port Charlotte FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vicente de Souza to maneuver through the defense. If Rubinho Arruda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Port Charlotte FC's Chicão Aguiar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Port Charlotte FC from getting a goal against them. Sydney Ramalho's late challenge caught a Sebastian's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sydney Ramalho helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Port Charlotte FC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Sydney Ramalho hit a great ball. 68 minutes in the game, Nilton Coutinho fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Chicão Aguiar having to interfere. Sebastian's Jairo de Azevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vicente de Souza in the 75th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rubinho Arruda in the 82nd minute of play forced Sebastian's goalkeeper Jairo de Azevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rubinho Arruda kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Port Charlotte FC's Vicente de Souza managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Matheus Andrade in the 89 minute of the game. Vicente de Souza struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Jairo de Azevedo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Port Charlotte FC. Jairo de Azevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vicente de Souza in the 95th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Port Charlotte FC fully deserved thier win.
