Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Brusquelona F.C's Luiz Fernando Linhares started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 minutes of play, Zarzuela SC's Jorge Cardoso made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luisão Monteiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Brusquelona F.C's zone, Jorge Cardoso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luisão Monteiro came out of the goal and Jorge Cardoso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Elias Batista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 12th minute of the match, Luiz Fernando Linhares tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Juarês Sampaio saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 13 played minutes Zarzuela SC got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Ribeiro. After having played for 15 minutes, Elias Batista managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brusquelona F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elias Batista was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sandrinho do Nascimento in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luisão Monteiro saved Brusquelona F.C from getting behind. In the 20th minute Zarzuela SC were awarded a corner. Gilmar Nogueira went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Zarzuela SC's Gilmar Nogueira to fire away a dangerous shot which Luisão Monteiro despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Luiz Fernando Linhares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Juarês Sampaio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sandrinho do Nascimento in the 24th minute of play forced Brusquelona F.C's goalkeeper Luisão Monteiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jorge Cardoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luisão Monteiro having to interfere. Gabriel Aparecido kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Luisão Monteiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorge Cardoso in the 42nd minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sandrinho do Nascimento stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Brusquelona F.C's Luisão Monteiro got control of the ball when Jorge Cardoso tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jorge Cardoso who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 54thth minute tested the skills of Luisão Monteiro when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Luisão Monteiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sandrinho do Nascimento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elias Batista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 61st minute of the game. One of Zarzuela SC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Brusquelona F.C:s goal. Luisão Monteiro came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Zarzuela SC's Jorge Cardoso. But to his dismay, Jorge Cardoso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. In the 74th minute, Sandrinho do Nascimento got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Brusquelona F.C's Luiz Fernando Linhares in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Zarzuela SC's goalie prevented a goal. Juarês Sampaio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Fernando Linhares in the 83rd minute of the match. Luiz Fernando Linhares struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Juarês Sampaio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brusquelona F.C. When Elias Batista came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Brusquelona F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elias Batista couldn't finish the play. Luisão Monteiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sandrinho do Nascimento in the 98th minute of the match. The Zarzuela SC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
