Christian Simões fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emerson Borges having to interfere. 30 minutes into the match, TORRE FORTE's goal looked a bit too open when Adelino Azevedo came free, but Emerson Borges reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th minute, Conde's Adelino Azevedo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Emerson Borges. Emerson Borges yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. Adelino Azevedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Vitório Guerra breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Adelino Azevedo to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 55 minutes, Christian Simões managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Conde's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christian Simões was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Adelino Azevedo scored 4-1 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emerson Borges, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 63 minutes into the game, Doni Motta recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Vitório Guerra. Doni Motta showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-2. Emerson Borges took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Simões, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Sidney de Lara fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Conde's protests and gave Sidney de Lara a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of TORRE FORTE booed when Conde was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sidney de Lara didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 79 minutes, Doni Motta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TORRE FORTE's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adelino Azevedo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-3. Conde walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
