Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Telmo Vides made the kick off which started today's match. The supporters of Arrecife booed when Paraisinho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cássio Zilles didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 6 minutes, Edu Paulista mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Arrecife and the Paraisinho players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 6 played minutes Arrecife got a freekick which was hit by Edu Paulista. Paraisinho's Téo da Rocha shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 7th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Artur Netto but with some difficulty. Róbson Santana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vladimir Melo having to interfere. After having played for 10 minutes, Telmo Vides managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Paraisinho's supporters crossed their fingers, but Telmo Vides was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 13 minutes of play, Paraisinho's Emanuel Abreu made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Artur Netto was left in no man's land by his defense there! Emanuel Abreu did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Artur Netto 21 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Emanuel Abreu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Paraisinho's supporters rose to their feet, but Emanuel Abreu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Artur Netto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Téo da Rocha came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Paraisinho fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Téo da Rocha couldn't finish the play. Telmo Vides blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Artur Netto having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Róbson Santana in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vladimir Melo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 46thth minute of the game Gabriel Cosme who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Paraisinho's Vladimir Melo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Róbson Santana made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 55 minutes, Gabriel Cosme managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arrecife's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gabriel Cosme was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 57 minutes into the match, Paraisinho's goal looked a bit too open when Róbson Santana came free, but Vladimir Melo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gabriel Cosme recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Artur Netto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emanuel Abreu in the 65th minute of the match. 67 minutes into the game, Tarcisio Maranhense was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Paraisinho's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arrecife the free kick. Gabriel Cosme could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Vladimir Melo made a huge save. Emanuel Abreu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Paraisinho's zone, Gabriel Cosme stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vladimir Melo came out of the goal and Gabriel Cosme tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jano da Silva kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. When Telmo Vides came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Paraisinho fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Telmo Vides couldn't finish the play. Telmo Vides fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artur Netto having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Paraisinho's Tarcisio Maranhense got a free kick in the 95th minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Paraisinho had played much better football throughout.
