Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Júlio Vinhas started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Rato's goal looked a bit too open when Natanael Guerra came free, but Jardel Ferraz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Natanael Guerra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jardel Ferraz having to interfere. The Club Atlético Boca Junior fans' excitement grew in the 14th match minute when Club Atlético Boca Junior's Natanael Guerra looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Agnaldo Tande's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jardel Ferraz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. Pedrinho Schmidt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jardel Ferraz having to interfere. After 20 minutes, Júlio Vinhas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rato and the Club Atlético Boca Junior players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 20th match minute, Rato was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Júlio Vinhas to maneuver through the defense. After 23 played minutes Rato got a freekick which was hit by Isaltino Aparecido. After 25 minutes of play, Club Atlético Boca Junior's Agnaldo Tande made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jardel Ferraz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gilberto Baiano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Jardel Ferraz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 31st minute, Gilberto Baiano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gilberto Baiano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Jardel Ferraz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jardel Ferraz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Natanael Guerra in the 34th minute of the match. When Cristian Penha fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Atlético Boca Junior's protests and gave Cristian Penha a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Boca Junior's Cristian Penha got a free kick in the 36th minute. Gilberto Baiano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 40th minute, Cristian Penha left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Atlético Boca Junior fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Jardel Ferraz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Natanael Guerra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Rato's zone, Natanael Guerra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jardel Ferraz came out of the goal and Natanael Guerra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

Rato's Jardel Ferraz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Rato from getting a goal against them. Agnaldo Tande struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Jardel Ferraz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Atlético Boca Junior. Jardel Ferraz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilberto Baiano in the 55th minute of the match. 57 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Boca Junior's goal looked a bit too open when Júlio Vinhas came free, but Emerson Silveira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Natanael Guerra did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-4 to the left of a surprised Jardel Ferraz 61 minutes into the match. Cristian Penha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Jardel Ferraz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Rato's Júlio Vinhas got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Natanael Guerra who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 74thth minute tested the skills of Jardel Ferraz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Rodolfo Gonçalves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Gilberto Baiano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilberto Baiano in the 86th minute of play forced Rato's goalkeeper Jardel Ferraz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Agnaldo Tande had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 89 minutes into the game, Cristian Penha recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jardel Ferraz. Cristian Penha showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. Júlio Vinhas hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match.
