An unexpectedly hard shot by Erik Paulista in the 23rd minute of play forced Club Atlético Boca Junior's goalkeeper Emerson Silveira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Club Atlético Boca Junior's Cristian Penha got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alexandre de Lara during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 40th match minute, Nipoa F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexandre de Lara to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Natanael Guerra in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dário Donatello prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Cristian Penha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Natanael Guerra made a kick off. After 52 minutes of play, Club Atlético Boca Junior's Agnaldo Tande made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dário Donatello was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cristian Penha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cristian Penha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match was over Club Atlético Boca Junior could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Nipoa F.C. throughout the match.
