Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Válter Souto started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute, Eurico Bezerra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Oscar Fontes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Marvil FC's zone, Válter Souto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Douglas Magalhães came out of the goal and Válter Souto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 14th minute, Oscar Fontes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Egon EC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. A collision led to Egon EC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Dráuzio Prado hit a great ball. When Eurico Bezerra came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Marvil FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eurico Bezerra couldn't finish the play. 34 minutes into the game, Dráuzio Prado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Egon EC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Marvil FC the free kick. A collision led to Egon EC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Dráuzio Prado hit a great ball. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Egon EC's goalkeeper Júlio Palmeira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Chiquinho Prado kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Júlio Palmeira. That made the score 1-1 in the 44 minute of play. In the 48th minute Oscar Fontes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Douglas Magalhães saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Nando Maia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Júlio Palmeira having to interfere. After 55 minutes, Teodoro Rosado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Egon EC and the Marvil FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Teodoro Rosado hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. After 56 played minutes, Marvil FC's Dorian Cardoso shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Júlio Palmeira came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Marvil FC reached it. César Veloso hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Christiano Castro took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 63rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Douglas Magalhães. Marvil FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, Egon EC's Teodoro Rosado got a free kick in the 66th minute. If Dráuzio Prado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nando Maia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Egon EC's Dráuzio Prado got his second yellow card of the match in the 75th minute. The referee ordered Dráuzio Prado off the ground. In the 76th match minute, Egon EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dráuzio Prado to maneuver through the defense. Nando Maia kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Nando Maia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Júlio Palmeira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. 97 minutes into the match, Egon EC's goal looked a bit too open when Nando Maia came free, but Júlio Palmeira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Marvil FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Egon EC's performance. The match ended with a win for Egon EC.
