Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Raúl Meirelles made the kick off and thus started the match. A collision led to Felicidale SC getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Gildo Xavier hit a great ball. Quartel's Patrick Fonseca got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tiaguinho da Silva came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Quartel's Bernardinho Ceresso. But to his dismay, Bernardinho Ceresso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Tiaguinho da Silva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dagoberto Veiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Tiaguinho da Silva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Léo de Medeiros in the 14th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the match, Quartel's goalkeeper Edgard Sá had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gildo Xavier. Dagoberto Veiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 21 minutes of play, Quartel's Oséias Zilles made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tiaguinho da Silva was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 24th minute Patrick Fonseca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiaguinho da Silva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Raúl Meirelles during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 31st minute, Raúl Meirelles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Léo de Medeiros came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Quartel fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Léo de Medeiros couldn't finish the play. Léo de Medeiros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiaguinho da Silva having to interfere. If Bernardinho Ceresso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bernardinho Ceresso scored 0-3 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tiaguinho da Silva, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Fernando Duarte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dagoberto Veiga stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Horácio Proença charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Horácio Proença the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 51st minute, Horácio Proença hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bernardinho Ceresso scored 0-4 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tiaguinho da Silva, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 56 minutes into the game, Léo de Medeiros cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Tiaguinho da Silva was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Bernardinho Ceresso kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Bernardinho Ceresso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiaguinho da Silva having to interfere. Tiaguinho da Silva made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Léo de Medeiros sent off a good shot on target. Felicidale SC's Tiaguinho da Silva proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Felicidale SC from getting a goal against them. 73 minutes into the match, Quartel's Léo de Medeiros sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tiaguinho da Silva narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Léo de Medeiros in the 74th minute of play forced Felicidale SC's goalkeeper Tiaguinho da Silva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 81 played minutes Felicidale SC got a freekick which was hit by Augusto de Barros. Quartel's Oséias Zilles managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Felipe Teles in the 84 minute of the game. Tiaguinho da Silva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Léo de Medeiros, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Quartel played a much better game than Felicidale SC and deserved their victory. The Felicidale SC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
