The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adalberto Simões during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Revolve booed when Biguacu SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adalberto Simões didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Biguacu SS's zone, Guilherme Saraiva stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gil Antunes to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Guilherme Saraiva managed to get in a good position for a shot. Revolve's supporters rose to their feet, but Guilherme Saraiva was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gil Vergílio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Biguacu SS's Gil Vergílio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Biguacu SS from getting a goal against them. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Biguacu SS's goalkeeper Gil Vergílio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gil Antunes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Karol Kaczeniak having to make a save. Guilherme Saraiva had several of the Biguacu SS's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 78 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-3 score and a disappointed Gil Vergílio as he didn't even see the shot coming. Dorian Branco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karol Kaczeniak having to interfere. Revolve played a much better game than Biguacu SS and deserved their victory. The Biguacu SS players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
