Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Engano SC's Ramón Melo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Braco's Jarbas Meireles got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 16th match minute, Braco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maurício Abraão to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Jarbas Meireles's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wilson Baiano was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. Tostão Faustino kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. With his leg Wilson Baiano managed to avoid a goal in the 26thth minute, when Braco's Jarbas Meireles fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bernardinho Marinho during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 31st minute, Bernardinho Marinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 35thth minute of the game Jarbas Meireles who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Engano SC's Wilson Baiano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Roger Matos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramón Melo in the 37th minute of the match. In the 44th minute Luiz Fabiano Souto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roger Matos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jarbas Meireles was the one to do the kick off. Wilson Baiano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jarbas Meireles in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 57th minute, Jarbas Meireles got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Braco's Luisinho Mendes got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 70th minute, Jarbas Meireles ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wilson Baiano was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. If Luisinho Mendes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roger Matos acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 82nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Tostão Faustino. Engano SC's Wilson Baiano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jarbas Meireles in the 90th minute of play. In the 97th match minute, Engano SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hélder Leme to maneuver through the defense. When the referee ended the match the Braco players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
